In February of 2015, KSM invested 12 million Dollars (80 million RMB) in a brand new modern checking fixture production plant which covers 23,000 square meters with adoption of the advanced design software, analysis software, 5 axis CNC milling machine, 3 axis machining center, CNC lathe, high-precision measuring system and test instrument. We are able to manufacture high-accuracy custom-made checking fixtures within scale of 6mX3mx2.5m and Dimension & Tolerance System (DTS) according to special requirement of customer. Out management system is consist of R&D, design, production, measurement together with high-proficiency project management and ERP production management system.

 Annual production capacity are as below:

1. 800 set measuring fixture and checking fixture for metal and plastic plate of car body

2. 30 set matching fixture and cubing

3. Witte modular component  

4. Other custom-made checking fixture
